·         Customized EHS programs for distributed work force

Hunt Electric, Inc. 

·         Safety manager for major addition on the Kennecott Utah Copper Truck Shop.  Responsible for MSHA compliance for 30 man crew in a working mine.

·         Responsible for new employee safety orientation on all projects, orienting over 200 employees.

·         Conducted weekly safety training for 10 crews, maintained certification for 100+ employees resulting in no reportable accidents or OSHA citations.

·         Participated in and served on subcommittees for general contractor groups and other control teams resulting in 1,000,000 + man hours worked without a recordable injury, and four separate 1,000,000 (man hours worked) no lost time accidents.

·         Provided safety resources for four major projects in Utah County with an experience modification rate of 0.65, without any lost time injuries.

·         Liaison to all oversight personnel, resulting in zero OSHA safety citations due to training and worksite monitoring provided by my safety team.
